DONNA CALF ROBE

Ms. Calf Robe is admitted to practice in the State of Washington (1989) and the United States Federal District Court (1990).  She has represented clients in U.S. District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Washington Court of Appeals, Washington Superior Court, and Washington District Court.

Ms. Calf Robe graduated from University of Washington School of Law, Juris Doctorate; and the University of Puget Sound, with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and its Elder Law Section, the King County Bar Association and its Elder Law Section and Probate Section and she is a past officer for the Washington Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).

Ms. Calf Robe has been with the Dussault Law Firm since 2005 and her practice focuses on probates, including Will contest litigation; trusts and estate planning; contested and uncontested guardianship proceedings; and special needs trusts.  Ms. Calf Robe has been practicing in the area of elder law since 1998.  Prior to focusing on elder law issues, Ms. Calf Robe practice areas included commercial litigation, breach of lease issue, unlawful detainer, real estate purchase and sale agreements, boundary disputes, and general contract disputes.

Ms. Calf Robe lives in the Bothell/Mill Creek area with her husband and son.  She participates and contributes to continuing legal education seminars including:

  • Attending Title 11 Guardian ad Litem training;
  • Attending   the Annual Elder Law Section Meeting and Seminar;
  • Co-edited the Guardianship Section of the Young Lawyers Practice Manual for 2000 – 2003;
  • Volunteered for South King County Neighborhood Legal Clinic at the Kent Senior Center.
