BILLING INFORMATION

Each client will participate in an initial consultation with an attorney to discuss their legal issues. Initial conultations are billed at the attorney's normal hourly rate. Payment for the initial consultation is expected at the time of the consultation. Legal services after the initial consultation are billed at an hourly rate or a flat rate depending on the legal issues involved and the services provided. Fees and costs for on-going legal services will be discussed at the initial consultation.
