Ms. Pollock's practice focuses on special education advocacy and litigation, benefits advocacy and litigation, guardianship, estate planning, probate, and special needs trusts.
Ms. Pollock serves on the Advisory Board for the Autism Spectrum Treatment and Research (ASTAR) Center.
Prior to working at the Dussault Law Group, Ms. Pollock was an attorney at the U.S. Department of Education s Office of the General Counsel, where she worked on the regulations for the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), among other federal laws and policies.
While in law school, Ms. Pollock co-created a mentoring association between the U.W. Law School and First Place School, by partnering law students with at-risk and homeless children. Prior to law school, she taught in integrated classrooms at the Experimental Education Unit at the University of Washington, in addition to providing in-home therapy through the Washington State Division of Developmental Disabilities.
